If you have a specific event coming up, whether it be fitness, sports or social, we can provide specialised event training and exercises that will help you gain the improvements in performance and body change you are after.

We can help you with a program that will either increase your speed, power, strength, core, agility, climbing and flexibility, with a sensible focus on adapting to your fitness level, while keeping you safe and injury free.


So if you are wanting a custom-tailored perfect program, while meeting a tight time-frame to achieve success for an event,  we will guide you to maximise better gains from your training.

If your event training relates to a group we can also tailor a program for you all, irrespective of your slight variations in goals or fitness levels while training together or separate.  If you are wanting to build camaraderie and team spirit we are well skilled to show you how.

The programming of each session will always be different, varied and motivating, so you will always be challenged and inspired to succeed.

We can also provide you with either a program utilising our 24/7 gym facilities or engage in one of our personal training services for your event training. No matter what you want to achieve, anything is possible... You just gotta make it happen!

If you are wanting to participate in an obstacle race event such as Spartan or Tough Mudder, we can prepare you with specific training that challenges your physical strength and core, while improving your endurance and lower body, much in the same way as the stamina required for a half or full marathon does.

​Given the various obstacles, you will require a combination of lower, core and upper body strength training. If you are going to be part of a team, we can also coach you how to be an effective team player so you can inspire everyone in your team to successfully gets over the line and finish.​

Whether you are wanting to rock or mountain climb, your body requires a fundamental foundation of core strength and endurance.  

There is plenty of conditioning and physical preparation to have your body meet the testing and physical demands and exposure to these extreme conditions.

If you would like one of our Personal Trainer's to help you achieve this, we can arrange a custom-specific program which includes all the key fitness ingredients. From body-weight and stability to strength and resistance training, as well as endurance for your stamina, all combined with core development.​

Although we take it for granted, running technique is not as easy as it may appear. 

While targeted strength and interval training programs will help, the best way we can improve a runner's performance, is by correcting technique while also increasing joint stability.  

This will reduce your risk of repetitive stress injuries, found commonly with running. The aim is to rectify and prevent any muscular strength imbalances, particularly with muscles around the hips and glutes.

​Once this is mastered, your endurance while running will overcome fatigue.

Bi/Triathlons are unique in that they put alot of stress on both upper and lower body muscles, due to a variety of endurance exchange.  

Because of this, its critical that you have our Personal Trainers guide to help you work on your posture, core strength and awareness.

When you develop a strong and stable core, your ability to power on the bike, run in tough conditions and spear through the water, is dramatically increased.

​The result means you'll expend less energy on transitions and progress, getting better times and less injuries.

With one of our Health and Fitness Professionals experienced in martial arts and self defense, you may be looking for an interactive workshop designed to give you practical defense strategies when challenged with unwanted confrontation.

Learn what constitutes a scenario where self defense is required, ways to react appropriately, what your legal obligations are, some strike techniques, grab escapes, and strategies as to how to avoid situations which escalate.
