Why You Need Not Worry What You Eat And Drink Between Christmas and New Years... And Why You Must Be Concerned With What You Eat Between New Year’s and Christmas Instead!
Okay, so its the day after Christmas, I can bet most of us are feeling 5kgs heavier from all the amazing food and drinks we devoured in the last 24 hours. If you are anything like me, I'm still trying to recover from my food coma... So do we really need to be worried?
Having maintained a happy weight and body shape for the last 7 years, I've worked out this pretty simple formula I have relied on and has never failed. - "it’s not what we eat between Christmas and New Years that we should be worried about; it’s what we eat between New Year’s and Christmas that is our biggest concern."
This surely reveals a lot about the games that many of us play when it comes to our nutrition and mindset over this festive season. So let me help put things into perspective for you, before you freak out:
