If you are already pregnant, intending on becoming pregnant or recovering after giving birth, our wide experience in helping many maternal clients shows that developing ideal health and fitness pre, during and post pregnancy will definitely give you the much needed energy, strength and stress relief you require to enjoy life with your baby.  

With this in mind, our friendly and mature staff, can work with you closely, guiding you with a 
safe and effective custom-designed program specifically for you to keep you at your best.

We can help whether you would like to use our friendly facilities at our 24/7 gym or work closer with one of our amazingly supportive Personal Trainers to help you achieve a better pregnancy experience. Feel confident that our trainers will ensure correct posture and technique and pre/during/post pregnancy health guidelines are followed.

​Depending on the stage of your pregnancy, we will prescribe sessions that will focus on
core and pelvic floor strength building, body reshaping, toning and strengthening muscles, flexibility and stretching, an appropriate amount of cardio and correct breathing techniques.

Pre Pregnancy

With the many loyal clients we have had over the years, we found that our overall training methods, programs and guidance has fully prepared them well and truly for the dramatic changes that happen during pregnancy.  

Our successful track record is because we prepare your body with the core strength the body needs during labour.

​Because of the extra muscle tone you will develop before pregnancy, your body will recognize this during your modified training during pregnancy, so you can still keep some safe tone, and also post pregnancy to get back to your toned pre pregnancy body.

Its what you do now, that will help with what happens throughout your pregnancy journey, and by working with our qualified personal trainers, you can be confident to be guided sensibly.

During Pregrancy

​​Exercising safely and sensibly during pregnancy is absolutely encouraged once you have obtained medical clearance and before you start an exercise program with us.

​Our success in helping many pregnant ladies continue training is a clear reflection on how well we expertly adapt to the management of training and lifestyle to suit the progress of your stages of pregnancy.  

It is very common for you to be able to continue to follow your modified exercise program, right up until the final days of giving birth.  This is because, we help you keep gently building core strength and toning foundations while preparing you for labor.

​With our ongoing assessment and monitoring system, we ensure to keep your progressive unavoidable weight gain​ to a safe, and toned level, through our holistic approach to exercise and nutrition  balance.

Post Pregnancy

Definitely, the biggest motivation for mothers who have given birth is to accelerate their post pregnancy weight loss to get thier body back looking and being fit, healthy, lean and toned.

Once you have obtained medical clearance to begin your post pregnancy exercise training program, we have any amazing program and training system for you to work on.

Depending on whether you gave a natural or a caesarean, the timing and type of exercise and training you will do will need to by tailored by one of our Helfi Personal Trainers.  Safety for you is our priority.

fully qualified personal trainers will provide a safe and effective program  focused on you performing the right exercises and techniques, for you to get back in shape while also preventing any common post-natal issues such as diastasis and pelvic floor challenges.
