Group/Shared Personal Training Schedule

This schedule is subject to change without notice
Each member must have a pre-approval to attend sessions based on their membership. 
Sessions are 30 minutes and can start anytime during each 10 minute time block,

A Great Way To Gain Cardio Fitness 

Give your cardio workout a boost and relieve any pent up stress with a good dose of boxing style circuit. A mix of a variety of bag strikes coupled with an all over body workout will make your heart beat super fast while having fun and bringing out the inner fierce fighter in you.​

H30 TONE in STRENGTH

Targeted To Activate Metabolism
Get Toned & Build Strength

​Challenge yourself and raise the bar with a series of well-balanced programs designed to increase your metabolism with overall strength and tone your body to its peak. Using fundamental and functional strength exercises, set yourself some goals and blow them away. Strong Mind Strong Body​

H30 Abs & Glutes Exercises
Better Core & Glute Definition

Increase your core strength and stability and get better tone and shape through a combination of weighted movements and carefully planned exercises which will help shift weight and tone the tummy, glutes and legs. Get the body shape you want while working on those persistent stubborn areas.​

Fun, challenging and full of moves that will support your week's workouts.  Our outdoor bootcamp style workout will finish your week with a bang. Bring out the inner child in you, let loose and have some fun playing with tyres, battle ropes etc. A great way to slot a fun workout to your weekend!

10 Benefits of Our Group Personal Training Program

Our Group Personal Training sessions are small, non-threatening and uncrowded.

Each group personal training session is specially run and programmed by a mature and sensible personal trainer and is ideal if you are wanting to achieve major body toning, weight loss and core strength.

​Each session is adaptable and also suitable for all fitness levels and goals, because of its variety and flexibility.

BALANCE YOUR PROGRAM

​For Core, Strength & Toning Improvement aim for 2-4 times  per week

For Cardiovascular Improvement (70 to 120 mins) per week is good

Warm up should be done with dynamic movement stretching

​Static Stretching can be done after the exercises or when body is relaxed from any activity 
  1. ​​YOU WILL increase your metabolic rate which burns fat faster – accelerates weight loss and tones the body fast, and even while you sleep
  2. YOU WILL Build and maintain Core STRENGTH and feel more alive and mobile
  3. YOU WILL see better toning muscular definition with our specialized training sessions
  4. YOU WILL increase Bone Density – proven protection from certain bone related diseases i.e. osteoporosis
  5. YOU WILL Increase strength in joints and muscle tissue, which will help reduce risks of injuries, dislocations of joints and muscular strains and therefore improving quality of life
  6. YOU WILL Increase energy, improve lifestyle performances and feel and look great
  7. YOU WILL Improve the conditioning of your heart and lungs. Your heart is a muscle and just like any other muscle it needs to work to avoid becoming frail and weaken over time
  8. Promotes rehabilitation from pre-existing injuries you may have
  9. Help reduce the risks of common diseases such as Type II Diabetes, High blood pressure, etc
  10. It's all set up ready for you to just turn up for 30 mins and be guided by our Personal Trainers on what to do in the session
