Saturday Morning Outdoor Workout
Fun, challenging and full of moves that will support your week's workouts. Our outdoor bootcamp style workout will finish your week with a bang. Bring out the inner child in you, let loose and have some fun playing with tyres, battle ropes etc. A great way to slot a fun workout to your weekend!

H30 SHARED GROUP PERSONAL TRAINING
Our Group Personal Training sessions are small, non-threatening and uncrowded.
Each group personal training session is specially run and programmed by a mature and sensible personal trainer and is ideal if you are wanting to achieve major body toning, weight loss and core strength.
Each session is adaptable and also suitable for all fitness levels and goals, because of its variety and flexibility.
BALANCE YOUR PROGRAM
For Core, Strength & Toning Improvement aim for 2-4 times per week
For Cardiovascular Improvement (70 to 120 mins) per week is good
Warm up should be done with dynamic movement stretching
Static Stretching can be done after the exercises or when body is relaxed from any activity
