HELFI GYM OPEN WITH NO CHANGES TO OUR CURRENT OPERATING PROTOCOLS - EXCEPT FACE MASKS MUST BE WORN

​To our Loyal Helfi Family, from 12pm 1st April 2021, restrictions during the 3-day lockdown have eased. and our Gym Facility will be fully operational, with just 1 change to our existing protocols, as directed by the Queensland Government and Queensland Health. 

As a result of our already strict COVID-19 SAFE practices and protocols, the only change for our members is -  YOU CAN ONLY ENTER OUR PREMESIS WEARING A MASK.

Exercise common sense
Stay at home when unwell
